Key Responsibilities
• Architect and execute high-impact sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and mentorship to sales representatives and customer care executives.
• Drive business expansion by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships with key healthcare providers and referral sources.
• Monitor and analyze daily sales performance metrics, ensuring targets are met and areas for improvement are addressed.
• Oversee the lead management system, ensuring seamless data entry, follow-ups, and updates to maximize conversion rates.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess client interactions, maintain service quality, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and service, to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close major deals, fostering strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
• Motivate and evaluate the sales and marketing team, providing targeted coaching and training to enhance capabilities and performance.
• Stay ahead of market trends, analyzing customer feedback, competitor activity, and industry insights to inform data-driven sales strategies.
• Foster strategic alliances with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments, to drive business objectives.
• Develop and present weekly performance reports, providing senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Embrace a flexible and adaptive approach, taking on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by Management to drive business success.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Additional
- Proven 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, services, or startup environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
