Asst. Manager - Accounts & Finance (Provident Fund Management)

* Spearhead Provident Fund operations, ensuring seamless management of accounts, ledgers, and member records * Drive financial compliance, calculating and deducting monthly PF contributions, and reconciling discrepancies * Oversee PF claims, withdrawals, loans, and settlements, adhering to policy guidelines and regulatory requirements * Champion adherence to Bangladesh Labor Law and PF Trust rules, mitigating risks and ensuring transparency * Architect PF financial statements, audit schedules, and trustee reports, presenting insights to stakeholders * Foster collaborative relationships with auditors and regulatory authorities, addressing PF-related matters and queries * Lead the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts, informing business decisions * Manage general ledger, bank reconciliation, and daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Analyze budget vs actual expenses and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization * Ensure VAT, Tax, and regulatory compliance, navigating NBR rules and maintaining up-to-date knowledge * Supervise and mentor the accounts team, implementing robust internal controls and documentation processes * Support internal and external audit processes, providing expertise and ensuring seamless execution
