Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead financial management by overseeing accounting operations, including bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and balance sheet preparation. * Drive administrative excellence by managing indoor operations, collaborations with the billing section and reception, and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities. * Lead cost control initiatives by maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, preparing branch-wise budgets, and conducting variance analysis. * Manage vendor payments, monitor due payments, and ensure timely collection of receivables. * Develop and implement efficient accounting systems, including petty cash management, fixed asset registration, and reimbursement processes. * Architect and maintain financial reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as monthly and yearly financial statements. * Drive compliance by staying updated on VAT and tax regulations, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards. * Oversee inventory management, including verification and control of inventory movement and consumption. * Leverage technology by utilizing MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and ERP software like Tally ERP.9 to streamline accounting operations. * Manage payroll by preparing monthly salary statements and ensuring timely disbursements. * Foster corporate relationships by preparing and collecting bills from clients, and maintaining a strong reputation. * Analyze and prepare discount and refund statements, and submit them to the head office on a monthly basis. * Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of general and reagent store materials, and conduct regular checks to prevent discrepancies.

Education

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

Additional

  • 3 - 5 years experiences in Diagnostic or Hospital related specific job
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skill
  • Flexible of taking any kind of responsibility
  • Strong Knowledge in Accounting & Finances
