* Spearhead order execution by adhering to customer procedures, ensuring timely shipment and exceeding client expectations. * Source and procure essential materials, including yarns, fabrics, and accessories, to drive production forward. * Oversee the approval process for samples, size sets, and testing to guarantee quality and compliance. * Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, including factory, quality control, and material control departments, to streamline production activities. * Serve as a key liaison between the commercial team, clients, buyers, suppliers, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and resolve issues promptly. * Manage shipping documentation, undertake necessary formalities, and keep buyers informed to ensure smooth logistics. * Track bulk shipments, shade bands, top samples, and QA lab samples to guarantee accuracy and quality. * Develop and maintain comprehensive merchandising files, reports, and records to optimize order processing efficiency. * Drive new order development, identifying opportunities to expand the business and increase revenue. * Support the local procurement team in sourcing trims and accessories, upholding the company's quality standards. * Monitor production workflows to ensure maximum capacity utilization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements. * Prepare and analyze daily and monthly reports, providing insights to management and informing data-driven decisions. * Stay adaptable and responsive to evolving business needs, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
