* Spearhead quality assurance initiatives, leveraging expertise in 5S, 6 Sigma, and QMS standards to drive excellence in garment production. * Drive defect detection and control, utilizing root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products to buyers. * Champion quality assurance functions, ensuring alignment with buyer needs and company objectives, while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing timelines. * Conduct comprehensive audits of garment manufacturing processes, including roaming QA audits, end-line audits, and day-final audits, to identify areas for improvement. * Identify and report production discrepancies, highlighting problems and faults to facilitate prompt corrective actions and resolve issues efficiently. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures, ensuring timely resolution of quality-related issues and maintaining the highest standards of product quality. * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of country routines for sewing and finishing, ensuring compliance with buyer requirements and industry standards. * Lead quality assurance procedures, streamlining processes to ensure maximum efficiency, while upholding the company's commitment to delivering exceptional products.
