Executive - QA (Knit Garments)

* Spearhead online inspections and self-inspections for buyers, generating comprehensive reports for upload to buyer portals. * Facilitate virtual quality control meetings, including PP meetings, in-line inspections, and risk assessments with key stakeholders via digital platforms. * Foster seamless communication with cross-functional teams, including CHO Merchandising, Buying QA, and other relevant departments. * Oversee third-party inspection processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Drive quality performance by tracking and analyzing key metrics, such as OML, OQL, and top defects, and reporting insights to stakeholders on a bi-monthly basis. * Proactively analyze factory reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing preventive measures to mitigate quality risks. * Manage inspection schedules, follow up on factory housekeeping, and ensure adherence to product safety procedures. * Lead pre-production meetings, PP meetings, and size set sample reviews to advise on pattern corrections and ensure quality standards. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the factory's Quality Management System (QMS). * Collaborate with SGS teams during sample pickups and ensure the quality of bulk CTL samples. * Develop and deliver training programs for fellow team members and factory QA teams to enhance skills and knowledge. * Coordinate daily with Quality Managers to discuss quality-related issues and resolve pending matters promptly. * Motivate team members to achieve organizational goals and develop their skills through a competency matrix. * Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned by management, driving continuous improvement and growth.
