Jr. Engineer, Boiler & Turbine, Meghna Sugar Refinary Ltd.

* Lead the execution of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities, applying technical expertise to drive efficient and compliant operations. * Drive the safe and efficient operation of Boilers and Turbines, including start-ups, shutdowns, and emergency response procedures. * Manage the operation and maintenance of all boiler and steam turbine equipment, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. * Operate and maintain a wide range of electrical equipment, including Transformers, Switch-gear, MCC Panels, and Drives, to ensure optimal performance and reliability. * Oversee the operation of mechanical equipment, such as Pumps, Control Valves, and Cooling Systems, to ensure seamless plant operations. * Control and monitor Air Compressor instruments, ensuring proper start-ups, running, and shutdown of the Boiler. * Diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical faults and plant outages, providing recommendations for equipment repair and maintenance. * Conduct root cause analyses of equipment failures, utilizing technical drawings and logic to identify and address underlying issues. * Architect and issue work permits for maintenance activities, including cold work, hot work, and lockout/tagout procedures, to ensure a safe working environment. * Develop and update station operation records and maintenance reports, providing critical insights for continuous improvement and optimization.
