Inclusion Officer

* Drive the development of work plans, reports, and training programs to enhance beneficiary capacity and ensure project quality and impact. * Foster collaborative relationships with local stakeholders, representing the project and organization, and maintaining effective coordination and communication. * Design and implement monitoring and evaluation systems to track project progress and inform data-driven decision-making. * Lead training initiatives to build partner capacity on disability-inclusive programming, providing on-the-job coaching and technical support. * Architect and deliver tailored coaching and technical assistance to project partners, conducting participatory assessments to identify needs and develop targeted solutions. * Manage and maintain confidentiality, adhering to organizational policies, including Child Protection, Protection of Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, Data Protection, and Anti-Bribery protocols. * Champion the organization's philosophy, approach, and values, upholding its reputation and promoting its mission in Bangladesh. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and representation of the project and organization. * Drive operational implementation, supporting the technical specialist in organizing workshops, training, and capacity-building initiatives for project partners. * Ensure compliance with donor and project communication guidelines, data protection rules, and visibility protocols, maintaining the organization's neutrality and integrity. * Provide regular updates on field situations, following line manager guidance and recommendations to inform project decisions and improvements.
