Executive/Senior Executive- Planning (OCR)

• Spearhead the management of Order Complication Reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates on order specifics, including style, color, and size breakdowns. • Architect system operations for order tracking, data entry, and real-time updates, leveraging ERP, WFX, and Trakwell systems to drive planning coordination. • Oversee stock allocation and control, implementing effective segregation and identification of goods in accordance with FCR and TCR guidelines. • Drive inventory management, monitoring movement from cutting to packaging to ensure seamless alignment between physical stock and system records. • Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical data with system data, resolving discrepancies and ensuring data integrity. • Lead the planning and coordination of OCR style schedules, aligning production completion with buyer delivery deadlines to meet business objectives. • Foster cross-functional collaboration with finishing, warehouse, merchandising, and logistics teams to streamline operational workflows and drive business efficiency.
