* Drive compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act and international frameworks, including ILO Core Conventions, BSCI, and Sedex, to maintain a "Gold Standard" factory. * Architect and implement the Better Work Bangladesh service model, focusing on sustainable compliance and social dialogue through a strong Participation Committee. * Champion core ILO standards, including the abolition of child labor, forced labor, freedom of association, and anti-discrimination. * Manage BSCI and Sedex audit requirements, ensuring adherence to 13 Performance Areas and Sedex's 2-Pillar/4-Pillar standards. * Conduct regular internal audits, performing gap analyses and developing Corrective Action Plan reports for buyer review. * Interpret and implement buyer-specific Code of Conduct requirements, ensuring stricter-than-law standards are met. * Ensure 100% compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act and Labour Rules, managing statutory benefits such as maternity benefits, earned leave encashment, and the Workers' Profit Participation Fund. * Lead initiatives promoting worker wellbeing, including Gender Equality and Returns (GEAR) programs, to foster women's leadership on the factory floor. * Oversee the Grievance Redressal System, resolving issues within 7 days, and manage Occupational Safety & Health committees, providing training on Sexual Harassment Prevention.
