Sales Officer (WiFi Wireless Broadband Router)

* Drive sales growth by promoting and selling FWA routers to individual and corporate customers, exceeding monthly targets and expanding the customer base. * Lead business development efforts through field visits, corporate engagements, and direct sales activities to identify and acquire new customers. * Architect personalized sales pitches to clearly communicate product features, packages, and benefits, addressing customer needs and preferences. * Execute multi-channel sales strategies, including door-to-door campaigns, market visits, and corporate events, to reach diverse customer segments. * Manage the customer onboarding process, ensuring seamless registration, KYC documentation, and activation, while providing technical support for SIM insertion, router setup, and connectivity demonstration. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate order processing, delivery updates, and issue resolution, ensuring a smooth customer experience. * Develop and maintain a daily sales tracker and activity report to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales performance. * Foster strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up and post-sales support, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Convert leads into successful sales by leveraging sales data, customer insights, and market trends to inform targeted sales strategies.
