Merchandiser - Knit (Next Buyer)

* Spearhead account management for Next Buyer, driving all aspects of development, production, and shipment independently. * Architect cost-effective solutions, ensuring 100% accuracy in costing and consumption to maximize profitability. * Lead order execution from concept to delivery, analyzing buyer requirements, developing cost sheets, and negotiating prices. * Drive sourcing of fabrics, trims, and accessories, aligning with buyer specifications and quality standards. * Oversee sample development, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance and on-time submission of samples. * Manage critical paths, maintaining a Time and Action calendar to monitor progress and ensure timely approvals from buyers. * Ensure adherence to buyer quality standards, company policies, and export procedures, collaborating with the commercial team on LC, PI, and shipping documents. * Foster seamless coordination among merchandising, production, and quality teams, tracking raw materials and accessories to prevent delays. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new buyers, providing quotations, sampling, and updates to drive business growth. * Serve as the primary liaison between buyers and the factory, providing timely updates, order tracking, and reporting. * Maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems and buyer portals, utilizing Logic ERP Platform expertise to streamline processes.
