Key Responsibilities

* Drive student engagement through proactive follow-up with prospective leads via calls, messages, and emails * Deliver personalized counselling to students, exploring study opportunities in the UK and Sweden and empowering them to make informed decisions * Architect tailored academic pathways by understanding individual student profiles and recommending suitable courses and universities * Manage accurate and up-to-date communication records, ensuring seamless lead tracking and status updates * Collaborate with senior counsellors to facilitate efficient application and admission processes, ensuring a smooth transition for students pursuing higher education abroad
