Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead HR, administrative, and compliance functions to ensure adherence to labor law standards and company benchmarks.
* Architect recruitment strategies that align with the recruitment matrix and labor law requirements, driving efficient talent acquisition.
* Manage and maintain accurate HR records, files, and databases, ensuring seamless documentation and compliance.
* Drive manpower planning and control, analyzing turnover rates and implementing strategies to optimize workforce stability.
* Oversee attendance, authorization, and overtime management, as well as leave and grievance handling, to ensure smooth factory operations.
* Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills and awareness, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Lead compliance efforts for ISO 9001:2015, CT-PAT, COC, HIGG FEM BSCI, SEDEX, and other social and technical audits, ensuring timely follow-up and implementation.
* Develop and maintain employee records, HR databases, and performance management systems to support informed decision-making.
* Collaborate with management to design and implement performance appraisal processes, ensuring fair and transparent evaluations.
* Ensure strict adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance.
* Craft and distribute HR documents, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other essential documents.
* Coordinate payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
* Establish and maintain disciplinary procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
* Facilitate employee exit processes, including resignation, clearance, and final settlement, to ensure seamless transitions.
* Champion health and safety initiatives, monitoring and addressing potential risks to ensure a safe working environment.
* Provide administrative support to management, as needed, to drive business objectives and priorities.
* Verify that employees receive essential documents, including ID cards, appointment letters, and age verification certificates, to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
* Adapt to evolving business needs, taking on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management to drive growth and success.
