Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of child protection programs in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and local regulations. * Architect effective case management systems in partnership with the Department of Social Services (DSS) to support vulnerable children and ensure their well-being. * Drive the assessment and identification of at-risk children, determining targeted interventions to safeguard their rights and safety. * Strengthen community-based child protection systems, including committees and networks, to foster a culture of safety and support. * Manage the design and delivery of adolescent life skills programs, engaging with school management committees to promote holistic development. * Facilitate community awareness and education initiatives on child protection, targeting parents, caregivers, and children to promote a culture of safety and responsibility. * Develop and maintain child protection situation monitoring systems, generating regular reports to inform programmatic decisions. * Oversee the implementation of child protection activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Maintain accurate, confidential records of cases and related activities, ensuring data-driven decision-making. * Deliver training and capacity-building programs for community volunteers, teachers, and stakeholders to enhance their skills and knowledge in child protection. * Foster strategic partnerships with NGOs, UN agencies, INGOs, and government bodies to leverage resources, expertise, and influence. * Represent the organization in district and Upazila-level coordination meetings, promoting collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders. * Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Education, Health, and Livelihoods, to promote integrated programming and impact. * Champion safeguarding and PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) principles, prioritizing the safety and well-being of team members, beneficiaries, and partners.
