Executive - Fire & Safety (Garments Factory, Uttara Uttar Khan)

* Spearhead workplace fire safety initiatives to ensure a secure environment for all employees and visitors. * Proactively inspect and maintain fire equipment daily, taking corrective action as needed to prevent hazards. * Design and lead regular fire drills and training sessions, collaborating with the fire safety team and general workforce to promote a culture of safety and preparedness. * Identify and report potential risks to management, enabling swift mitigation and resolution. * Conduct daily floor audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, following a comprehensive checklist provided by the compliance department. * Champion the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) for workers in high-risk areas, such as machine operators and chemical handlers, to prevent injuries and illnesses. * Develop and deliver engaging awareness programs focused on workplace rules, regulations, compliance, welfare, health, hygiene, safety, and first aid, promoting a proactive approach to employee well-being. * Oversee and execute all fire and safety-related tasks, driving a robust safety culture within the large knit garments facility.
