Key Responsibilities
* Drive strategic HR planning and execution, aligning people strategies with business objectives to fuel growth and success.
* Architect and manage comprehensive HR programs, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee development.
* Lead compliance management, ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk and promote a culture of integrity.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment by overseeing employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, and promoting a culture of engagement and accountability.
* Design and deliver training and development initiatives that enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business performance and career growth.
* Oversee administrative operations, including office management, facilities, transportation, and security, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and office leases, optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
* Develop and enforce HR and administrative policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Provide leadership and guidance to HR and admin teams, mentoring and coaching to enhance performance and capabilities.
* Collaborate with department heads to drive manpower planning, talent development, and succession planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Implement and manage HRIS and digital HR solutions, leveraging technology to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive strategic insights.
* Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights, informing business decisions and driving strategic growth.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of employees, overseeing compliance with safety standards and labor regulations, particularly in construction and project sites.
* Coordinate site administration, logistics, and manpower planning for ongoing projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
