Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead full-cycle recruitment efforts for hospital staff across all levels and disciplines, driving talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning.
• Collaborate with department leaders to anticipate hiring needs, craft ideal candidate profiles, and inform data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Design and deliver comprehensive new hire onboarding programs, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to hospital policies and HR protocols.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing expert guidance on HR policies, contracts, benefits, and related inquiries.
• Analyze turnover trends through exit interviews, identifying key insights and recommending targeted retention initiatives to optimize workforce stability.
• Drive payroll accuracy, overseeing preparations for overtime, night duty, leave, on-call duties, and attendance adjustments to ensure seamless compensation processes.
• Inform salary structures and job evaluations through participation in benchmarking exercises and job analysis initiatives, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Champion compliance with local labor laws, healthcare regulations, and industry standards, safeguarding the hospital's reputation and mitigating risk.
• Maintain the integrity of the Hospital Information System (HIS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data to support informed decision-making.
• Develop and present actionable HR reports to senior management, providing insights on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics to drive strategic business outcomes.
• Embrace a flexible and adaptive approach, taking on additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management to support the evolving needs of the organization.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
