Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Power Generation & Distribution, Meghna Glass Industries Limited

* Spearhead the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of diesel generators and gas engines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. * Architect and manage power generation systems, including waste heat recovery steam turbines and battery energy storage systems, from installation to ongoing maintenance. * Drive the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical distribution systems, including high-voltage substations and low-voltage networks. * Oversee the management of electrical infrastructure, including switchgear, panels, busbar trunking, uninterruptible power supplies, variable frequency drives, and programmable logic controllers. * Lead the operation of a 70MW hybrid captive power plant, synchronizing multiple energy sources to support glass manufacturing operations. * Proactively monitor and control SCADA and HMI systems to ensure a stable and continuous power supply, taking swift corrective action as needed. * Manage and maintain utility systems, including boilers, chillers, and other critical infrastructure, to support overall plant operations.
