  • Proven FMCG/ Electronics experience
  • Strong record in territory & distributor management
  • Multinational or large local FMCG experience preferred
  • Strong command of sales data analytics & market forecasting
  • Skilled in SWOT analysis, competitor benchmarking & route-to-market strategy
  • Proven ability to lead, coach & inspire high-performing sales teams
  • Hands-on expertise in CRM systems, trade marketing & sales execution
