Trainee Project Manager

* Spearhead daily workshop operations, driving bus remodelling and repair projects forward with precision and speed. * Oversee a range of technical activities, including body fabrication, interior decoration, painting, engine maintenance, electrical wiring, and mechanical works. * Architect and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. * Drive quality control, verifying the installation of OEM parts and maintaining rigorous standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including workshop staff, procurement, and management, to ensure seamless project execution. * Manage inventory and parts usage, working closely with the store team to maintain accurate records and optimize stock levels. * Identify and resolve operational issues, leveraging problem-solving skills to minimize delays and maximize efficiency. * Develop and deliver regular project updates, providing management with actionable insights and progress reports.
