* Spearhead strategic direction and operational excellence across the business group's diverse portfolio, driving growth and efficiency. * Oversee and optimize the performance of multiple divisions, including safety training, third-party inspection services, manpower supply, study consultancy, professional education, and online news & media operations. * Architect and implement business strategies that foster innovation, collaboration, and success, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and mission. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, government authorities, and partners, to drive business development and expansion. * Drive a culture of discipline, compliance, and high performance across all departments, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to organizational standards. * Serve as the organization's representative in high-level official and corporate engagements, promoting the brand and building strategic partnerships. * Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, leveraging expertise and experience to inform decision-making and propel business growth.
