* Drive the successful completion of assigned tasks by following established guidelines, processes, and procedures, ensuring adherence to QHSE standards and policies. * Lead the construction of composite boats in accordance with specifications and drawings, under the direction of the Lamination supervisor. * Develop and apply expertise in composite boat building techniques, materials, and methods, including glass fibers, resins, cores, molds, and plugs. * Architect and prepare materials, such as cutting and preparing glass fibers and cores, and mixing and applying resins and fibers. * Manage quality control procedures to ensure high-quality outcomes and adherence to standards. * Foster a culture of adaptability, flexibility, and teamwork, with a strong focus on collaboration and open communication. * Champion health, safety, and environmental management procedures, guaranteeing a safe, compliant, and responsible work environment. * Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental management procedures and controls, including MSDS/S, and take accountability for non-compliance. * Build and maintain constructive working relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees and departments, to achieve common goals and drive success.
