• Spearhead pre-purchase order sourcing initiatives, driving timely conversions that align with organizational policies. • Develop comprehensive Commercial Summaries (CS) that assess technical, commercial, delivery, and supplier factors. • Champion efficient sourcing operations, serving as the primary point of contact for supplier interactions related to raw materials. • Scout, assess, and integrate new or alternative suppliers to ensure market competitiveness and supply chain continuity. • Pioneer innovative raw material solutions, collaborating with Research and Innovation teams to optimize future products and costs. • Assess supplier performance, conduct thorough audits, and negotiate contracts that meet policy and compliance standards. • Facilitate cross-functional issue resolution, addressing receipt, quality control, or damage concerns and ensuring prompt closure. • Maintain meticulous records, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and seamless commercial processes. • Craft monthly sourcing reports and raw material budgets, highlighting key performance metrics, risks, and cost savings opportunities.
