Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and execution of strategic sales plans for residential, commercial, and industrial land projects, driving revenue growth and business expansion. * Identify and cultivate relationships with key buyers, investors, and business partners to unlock new sales opportunities and propel business forward. * Deliver exceptional sales performance by consistently meeting or exceeding assigned targets and revenue goals, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis. * Foster a deep understanding of market trends and client needs through regular market visits, client meetings, and site presentations, informing sales strategies and optimizing results. * Architect and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, spanning digital, print, and field-level promotions, to maximize brand visibility and engagement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including advertising agencies and internal stakeholders, to conceptualize and deliver high-impact marketing initiatives. * Design and develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, and presentations, that capture the essence of land projects and resonate with target audiences. * Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders, providing personalized support and ensuring seamless sales experiences. * Negotiate and close sales deals, leveraging exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, while maintaining a customer-centric approach. * Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional after-sales service and support, ensuring long-term partnerships and referrals. * Work in tandem with land acquisition, legal, and development teams to ensure seamless project coordination, compliance, and documentation. * Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies, providing actionable insights that inform business decisions. * Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions, sales transactions, and market feedback, enabling data-driven decision-making and process optimization. * Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses, offering strategic recommendations and identifying areas for improvement.
