* Drive quality excellence by integrating the company's Quality Policy into daily operations and ensuring alignment with customer demands and international standards. * Architect and implement quality compliance frameworks to meet customer requirements and international standards. * Spearhead the implementation of quality requirements for prominent home apparel brands, such as IKEA, H&M, and M&S. * Ensure the calibration and maintenance of all equipment, tools, and devices to guarantee precision and accuracy. * Oversee the approval process for working samples, guaranteeing consistency with customer-approved samples. * Manage product specifications, reviewing requirements and delegating working instructions to ensure seamless execution from confectioning to packaging. * Validate Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and attribute agreements for QA & QC inspectors, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution. * Lead Statistical Process Control (SPC) initiatives, focusing on process normality, stability, and capability analysis to drive continuous improvement. * Champion Right-First-Time (RTY) projects, driving quality enhancement and process optimization for selected articles. * Facilitate pre-production meetings, maintaining detailed records for new design introductions and ensuring a smooth production process. * Develop and execute a comprehensive training calendar, addressing technical skill gaps and enhancing departmental capabilities. * Lead internal quality inspection teams, coordinating efforts to ensure thorough inspections from cutting to packing, as per customer requirements. * Head the product development team, ensuring timely submission of samples that reflect customer requirements and expectations. * Manage administrative aspects of product development, resolving issues and ensuring seamless execution. * Foster team competence, developing and implementing strategies to enhance skills and knowledge. * Collaborate with senior officials and department heads, implementing instructions and aligning with organizational objectives.
