Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth by delivering on assigned targets for land projects and identifying new business opportunities to expand the client base. * Foster strong partnerships with existing clients, investors, and brokers through regular engagement and tailored support. * Spearhead client presentations and site visits to showcase land projects and build trust with potential clients. * Architect and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote land projects and increase brand visibility. * Collaborate with advertising agencies to develop compelling promotional materials and campaigns that drive results. * Represent the company at land fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to build brand awareness and generate leads. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and inform sales strategies. * Deliver exceptional client experiences by providing detailed information on land projects and guiding clients through documentation, booking, and registration processes. * Manage client relationships through proactive follow-up and timely communication to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal, survey, and development, to ensure seamless land project delivery and compliance. * Develop and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions to ensure data-driven decision making. * Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and company policies, verifying land documents and minimizing risks associated with land disputes and ownership issues. * Mitigate potential risks by conducting thorough due diligence and collaborating with legal and land departments to verify land ownership and documentation.

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Marketing

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of land laws, registration and documentation
  • Market analysis and strategic planning ability
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
  • Strong networking ability with brokers, agents and stakeholders
  • Handling land-related documentation and client dealings is preferred
