* Spearhead ingredient preparation by accurately measuring and blending ingredients to achieve optimal emulsion consistency using high-speed mixers and emulsifiers. * Oversee and calibrate automated machinery, including filling machines, cappers, and labelers, to ensure seamless production operations. * Drive batch tracking efforts by maintaining precise records of production, ingredients, and ingredient traceability to guarantee quality control. * Conduct thorough inspections of raw ingredients and finished products to ensure quality, texture, flavor, and salt levels meet standards. * Champion sanitation protocols by performing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of machinery, tanks, and production environments to prevent contamination. * Operate machinery to ensure airtight packaging, maintaining product freshness and integrity. * Manage labeling and coding processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with traceability requirements. * Coordinate palletizing and storage operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of finished goods to warehouse storage while maintaining proper inventory handling.
