* Spearhead the analysis of business needs, transforming them into actionable technical specifications that drive innovation. * Architect and optimize existing software systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements that boost efficiency. * Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to design, develop, and refine applications that meet user needs. * Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, reports, and workflow diagrams that facilitate knowledge sharing and informed decision-making. * Drive quality assurance efforts, conducting rigorous testing and ensuring software meets the highest standards before deployment. * Deliver exceptional technical support, providing prompt resolutions to user inquiries and issues across Level 1 and Level 2 applications. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, leveraging expertise in Java backend and Next.js frontend technologies to minimize downtime. * Monitor and optimize application performance, system health, and PostgreSQL databases to ensure seamless operations. * Lead database management efforts, maintaining data integrity, security, and backups to prevent data loss. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coordinating with developers to identify and fix bugs, and deploying updates that enhance the user experience. * Proactively monitor system logs, identifying and addressing errors to prevent system disruptions and ensure overall system security.
