Executive / Sr. Executive - Technical Support

* Lead stakeholder engagement with project owners, engineers, and masons to promote Premier Cement Mills PLC's unique selling points and products. * Drive business relationships with key influencers, including house owners, contractors, and engineers, to increase brand awareness and market presence. * Architect and execute technical campaigns, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring progress to achieve divisional sales objectives. * Manage and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely solutions to customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Foster strong relationships with target groups, including house owners, masons, and engineers, through regular meetings and engagement programs. * Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, identify new business opportunities, and ensure compliance with technical standards. * Develop and execute strategies to convert projects and bring in new B2B orders, driving sales growth and revenue collection. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and product knowledge, including cast/fair face concrete formwork, casting, and finishing works. * Achieve sales and collection targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Take on special assignments and tasks as directed by supervisors or departmental heads, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
