* Drive production planning and scheduling in tandem with Sales and Planning departments to achieve seamless execution. * Architect efficient machine layouts to maximize production capacity and meet deadlines. * Oversee and manage all production processes, including sewing, cutting, and finishing, to ensure optimal output. * Lead hourly production monitoring, tracking progress against set targets and adjusting strategies as needed. * Deliver daily production status reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. * Manage and coordinate the workload of subordinates, delegating tasks and responsibilities to ensure a cohesive and productive team. * Implement robust monitoring and follow-up systems to guarantee daily production targets are met, escalating issues to higher authorities when necessary. * Conduct performance reviews with team leaders, addressing shortfalls and implementing corrective actions to get production back on track. * Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic production environment, adhering to company standards and regulations. * Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging subordinate participation in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. * Champion cost-saving initiatives, applying principles of cost minimization to optimize production efficiency. * Ensure product quality meets or exceeds company standards, leveraging knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making. * Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to driving business success.
