Quality Manager (Woven Based)

* Architect and implement robust quality standards, procedures, and SOPs to ensure woven garments meet international benchmarks and buyer requirements. * Drive compliance with global quality standards, AQL norms, and buyer specifications, ensuring seamless alignment with regulatory requirements. * Lead and manage high-performing QA & QC teams, fostering a culture of excellence and precision across line quality, in-line, and final inspection teams. * Identify and mitigate quality risks through proactive monitoring of production processes, implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure zero defects. * Spearhead pre-production meetings, providing technical expertise and guidance to production teams to ensure flawless execution. * Oversee rigorous inspection of fabrics, trims, and accessories prior to bulk production, guaranteeing only top-quality materials are used. * Conduct thorough in-line, mid-line, and final inspections to ensure consistent product quality, driving a culture of continuous improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, production, and technical, to resolve quality-related issues and drive business growth. * Analyze quality metrics, generating insightful reports and dashboards to inform data-driven decisions and optimize quality outcomes. * Ensure adherence to social, ethical, and safety standards, aligning with buyer requirements and promoting a responsible and sustainable business practices. * Successfully navigate buyer audits and inspections, leveraging expertise to drive positive outcomes and reinforce customer trust. * Develop and train team members on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices, fostering a culture of excellence and expertise. * Drive transformative continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to reduce defects, enhance efficiency, and propel business excellence.
