Electrical Supervisor (ZAMIL SHIPYARD, SAUDI ARABIA)

* Lead the Electrical Shop team to deliver high-performance results, ensuring seamless daily operations and adherence to industry standards. * Drive compliance with applicable regulations and contractual obligations, collaborating with QC to meet testing and delivery requirements. * Manage budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects within allocated resources. * Architect efficient workflows, supervising teams to optimize productivity and consistency with operating procedures and policies. * Oversee tool and material maintenance, reporting shortcomings to segment heads and ensuring adequate stock levels through effective material management. * Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures to ensure procedural and legislative compliance, driving quality and cost-effectiveness. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, promoting sustainability, productivity, and cost reduction in systems, processes, and practices. * Prepare accurate and timely reports to meet organizational requirements, policies, and quality standards. * Champion health and safety protocols, ensuring awareness and adherence to safe working practices among team members. * Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including business support departments, to drive business objectives.
