* Spearhead import clearance operations, driving efficient processing and compliance with regulatory requirements through meticulous documentation and coordination with CNF agents and forwarders. * Validate customs declarations, ensuring accuracy and verification of Bills of Entry in ASYCUDA World to prevent discrepancies and delays. * Architect timely assessment and clearance of import consignments, including Dhaka Airport operations, to guarantee seamless delivery of goods. * Manage logistics coordination, collecting and verifying Delivery Orders and Air Waybills from forwarders to facilitate shipment release procedures. * Oversee the handling and clearance of bonded items, including raw materials, machinery, and chemical goods, to ensure adherence to customs regulations and BEPZA guidelines. * Stay abreast of and implement BEPZA regulations, SROs, HS Codes, and customs laws, maintaining a strong knowledge base to inform logistics and documentation decisions. * Drive delivery logistics, ensuring secure transmission of original documents to the factory after clearance and coordinating with internal stakeholders for smooth operations. * Monitor and optimize clearance timelines, identifying opportunities to minimize delays and demurrage costs through proactive planning and issue resolution. * Foster collaborative relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders, facilitating open communication and streamlined logistics and documentation flow. * Adapt to evolving business needs, taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support the organization's growth and success.
