Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Industrial Engineering

* Drive the Industrial Engineering Department as a strategic partner to Production, Quality, and Planning, focusing on optimizing manufacturing efficiency in lingerie and intimate apparel production. * Architect and implement SMV optimization, productivity improvement, line balancing, and cost efficiency initiatives to ensure sustainable operational performance and continuous improvement. * Spearhead costing and pre-production analysis, providing actionable insights on CMT and productivity parameters for new product developments. * Identify and capitalize on cost reduction opportunities through post-order optimization, ensuring product quality and margin targets are met. * Lead and manage Work Study and IE functions, allocating responsibilities, monitoring data accuracy, and overseeing operational data analysis. * Design and optimize production lines, workstations, and operation sequences to boost efficiency, operator performance, and bottleneck control. * Analyze pre-production and post-production data to uncover improvement opportunities, presenting findings to Management and Production teams. * Monitor and compare budgeted productivity against actual production achievements, implementing corrective actions to bridge efficiency gaps. * Develop and coach IE staff and subordinates, ensuring they are proficient in modern IE tools, GSD systems, and productivity techniques. * Inform manpower planning decisions with data-driven insights on product complexity and SMV, supporting production management in workforce optimization and deployment. * Engineer and implement method improvements, applying best practices for lingerie sewing operations and specialized machinery. * Drive operational improvements by analyzing reports from various departments, detecting issues, and recommending process enhancements and workflow optimizations. * Apply statistical tools and time study techniques to evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and informing data-driven decision-making.
