Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized support and product expertise from initial greeting to post-purchase engagement. * Drive sales growth by leveraging in-depth product knowledge to showcase features, benefits, and unique value propositions. * Create an immersive brand environment by maintaining a pristine and organized showroom that reflects the company's image and values. * Exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of store objectives through strategic planning and execution. * Stay ahead of industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and customer interactions. * Foster lasting customer relationships built on trust, empathy, and personalized support. * Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner. * Champion company policies, procedures, and values, ensuring seamless integration into daily operations. * Curate visually appealing product displays and ensure seamless inventory management, including restocking and merchandising. * Embody a positive, team-oriented attitude, demonstrating a passion for continuous learning and professional growth. * Process transactions with accuracy and speed, utilizing POS systems and maintaining precise inventory records. * Develop and maintain a strong online presence by uploading products to the company website and leveraging digital marketing channels to drive engagement and sales.
