Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead market research and inspections to identify potential dealers and retail electrical outlets, driving business growth and expansion.
* Develop and onboard new dealers within designated areas, fostering strategic partnerships and revenue streams.
* Architect and implement monthly sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
* Manage and nurture dealer relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance to boost sales performance and customer satisfaction.
* Analyze market trends and product demand, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Drive accounts receivable management, implementing effective measures to collect outstanding payments from dealers and minimize bad debt.
* Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely product supply to dealers, leveraging software updates and data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
* Lead cross-functional collaboration and contribute to the company's overall sales development, achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
* Build and maintain a robust network of customer relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
* Embody a customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional service and support to drive customer loyalty and retention.
