* Drive procurement strategies to source goods and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards for Rumdo Institute of Modern Technology (RIMT). * Lead vendor management and contract negotiation efforts to establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. * Architect and implement efficient procurement processes, ensuring integrity, accountability, and service efficiency in all logistics and supply chain operations. * Manage requisitions for local products, ensuring timely delivery and proper sourcing. * Conduct market research to identify alternative suppliers, driving price competitiveness, improved quality, and enhanced sourcing capabilities. * Develop and execute sourcing plans, leveraging local sources to enable faster and more efficient operations. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm receipt of goods, resolve discrepancies, and address quality issues. * Foster strong relationships with suppliers, internal customers, and stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and solution-driven approach. * Analyze and resolve procurement-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. * Maintain accurate databases and records of requisitions, sourcing, and delivery plans, as well as monthly payment schedules for suppliers. * Prepare and submit regular reports, including monthly and daily work reports, pipeline materials reports, and other key performance indicators. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. * Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a positive attitude, working independently and as part of a team to achieve procurement excellence.
