* Drive academic excellence by guiding and supporting students to achieve their full potential, ensuring high class attendance and engagement. * Architect and deliver lesson plans that align with the syllabus, presenting them to the section in-charge for approval and ensuring seamless execution. * Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians through counseling and regular updates, addressing their concerns and providing support when needed. * Lead the organization of various programs, including rallies, campaigns, medical camps, cultural events, and debates, to promote the institution's values and mission. * Champion disciplinary actions and initiatives to maintain a positive and respectful institutional environment, addressing any misconduct or indiscipline. * Manage and supervise teacher-parent meetings and result days, providing guidance and support to ensure effective communication and collaboration. * Provide motivational counseling to students and their parents/guardians, driving attendance and reducing dropout rates through proactive follow-up and support. * Collaborate with the Department Head to achieve departmental goals and objectives, providing assistance and support as needed. * Develop and submit weekly attendance reports and semester plans to the Department Head, ensuring accurate tracking and planning. * Design and deliver theoretical and practical classes that meet the syllabus and college requirements, ensuring high-quality education and training. * Facilitate clinical practice and internship arrangements for students, providing them with hands-on experience and industry exposure. * Embody a positive and willing attitude towards teamwork, contributing to a collaborative and supportive institutional culture. * Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the institution, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
