* Spearhead buyer communication to distill requirements, tech packs, and product specifications, driving accurate understanding and seamless collaboration. * Architect costing strategies and negotiate prices to secure orders, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships. * Drive sample development timelines, overseeing Proto, Fit, SMS, Size Set, and other sampling processes to meet deadlines. * Source high-quality fabrics, trims, and accessories from local and international suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement. * Develop and submit lab dips, strike-offs, and approvals, streamlining the product development process. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, sampling, and production, to guarantee product accuracy and integrity. * Design and maintain comprehensive Time & Action plans, guiding products from development to shipment. * Ensure timely receipt of raw materials, aligning with production plans and schedules. * Oversee bulk production, monitoring cutting, sewing, and finishing processes to optimize workflow and efficiency. * Uphold stringent quality standards, adhering to buyer requirements and approvals to deliver exceptional products. * Manage all approval processes, including PP samples, TOP samples, and shipment samples, to ensure compliance and satisfaction. * Provide regular progress updates to buyers, fostering transparency and trust throughout the development and production lifecycle. * Coordinate shipment logistics, including booking, documentation, and on-time delivery, to meet buyer expectations. * Identify potential risks and develop proactive solutions, mitigating delays and ensuring smooth project execution. * Resolve material, production, and quality issues promptly, minimizing disruptions and maintaining production momentum. * Stay ahead of market trends, researching innovative garment styles, fabrics, washes, trims, and finishes to inform product development. * Develop market-relevant products, leveraging buyer insights, market demand, and trend analysis to drive business growth. * Collaborate with factories and in-house sample rooms to create new product development samples, fueling innovation and creativity. * Analyze buyer feedback and market demand, using data-driven insights to continuously improve products and processes. * Monitor sample sections, ensuring accurate execution, quality, and timely completion to meet buyer requirements and expectations.
