Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead tender management, from preparation to submission, through the e-GP portal for government and private sector clients. * Drive contract implementation and evaluation, ensuring seamless execution of the e-GP tender evaluation process. * Oversee technical and operational aspects of the e-GP system, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance. * Champion regulatory adherence, guaranteeing all processes align with government procurement regulations (PPR 2025). * Develop and deliver key reports, providing management with timely updates and insights. * Identify and resolve e-GP system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. * Architect supply chain strategies, controlling costs and ensuring timely billing and invoicing. * Maintain meticulous documentation of procurement and sales activities, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Lead logistics and delivery coordination, streamlining inventory management and supply chain operations. * Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers, leveraging effective communication to drive business growth. * Monitor daily operations, analyzing performance and generating regular reports to inform strategic decisions. * Develop and manage official documents and reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. * Execute management-assigned tasks with efficiency and precision, driving team productivity and success. * Build and lead high-performing teams, cultivating a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Skilled and proficient in MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of Public Procurement Rules (PPR 2025)
