* Spearhead exceptional patient experiences by delivering warm and professional welcomes to patients and visitors, and providing timely assistance as needed. * Drive informed decision-making by providing accurate and up-to-date information on hospital services, departments, doctor schedules, and test fees. * Architect seamless care coordination by carefully reviewing doctors' prescriptions, identifying required tests, and clearly explaining them to patients. * Manage billing processes with precision, preparing and clarifying invoices for registration, consultation, pathology/radiology tests, and pharmacy bills. * Oversee daily updates of inpatient bed charges, doctor visits, and medicine expenses to ensure accurate and transparent billing. * Foster open communication by regularly informing patients or guardians about total bills and advance payments, and addressing any concerns or queries. * Lead patient-centric issue resolution by handling inquiries or complaints with empathy and escalating issues to management when necessary. * Ensure a safe and organized front desk and reception area by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order. * Safeguard sensitive patient information by carefully handling and storing patient files, reports, and other hospital documents. * Respond rapidly to emergency cases, facilitating urgent care or admission with speed and efficiency. * Uphold hospital policies and protocols with integrity, coordinating effectively with all departments to drive seamless care delivery.
