* Spearhead end-to-end visa application processes for multiple countries, ensuring precision, completeness, and regulatory compliance. * Architect seamless tour experiences by designing and executing customized packages, coordinating with service providers, and managing logistics. * Drive hotel reservation operations, negotiating competitive rates, confirming reservation details, and providing clients with comprehensive accommodation information. * Foster strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, prompt query resolution, and clear communication of visa, tour, and accommodation options. * Lead the development of detailed itineraries, considering client preferences, budget, and travel objectives, and provide on-call support during tours. * Manage and maintain accurate records of visa applications, tour bookings, and financial transactions, generating regular reports on visa processing status, tour sales, and client feedback. * Oversee international and domestic air ticketing, ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements for clients. * Develop and implement strategies to optimize tour package development, leveraging knowledge of tourist visa processing, air ticketing, and hotel reservation practices.
