* Drive the development of sustainable energy transition strategies for Bangladesh's industrial sector, focusing on the RMG industry, by analyzing power demand and grid infrastructure. * Architect technical solutions by collecting and analyzing factory-level power demand data, mapping distribution grid infrastructure, and conducting feeder and substation analysis to identify viable renewable energy options. * Validate and refine proposed technical solutions to ensure relevance, feasibility, and alignment with the RMG sector's grid transition goals in Bangladesh. * Lead stakeholder engagement efforts through in-person consultations, dialogues, and collaborations with government and industry representatives to facilitate the adoption of sustainable energy solutions. * Manage project implementation, reporting, and progress tracking, ensuring timely submission of reports to the team leader and adherence to agreed-upon timelines and requirements. * Collaborate closely with the team leader to provide technical support, expertise, and insights, driving the successful execution of assigned activities and contributing to the achievement of project objectives.
