Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in residential, commercial, and construction sectors
* Drive sales of Woodera Door products, including wooden doors, frames, and customized solutions, to achieve monthly and yearly targets
* Foster strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, such as dealers, architects, contractors, and real estate developers, to expand the business network
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing expert product consultations, handling inquiries, and offering tailored solutions
* Develop and execute strategic pricing negotiations, quotations, and sales closures to meet customer needs and drive revenue
* Ensure seamless after-sales support and maintain long-term partnerships with high-value clients
* Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer demands, informing data-driven marketing strategies
* Architect and implement effective marketing plans, identifying new market segments and expansion opportunities to propel business forward
* Execute multi-channel promotional campaigns, both online and offline, to boost brand visibility and engagement
* Collaborate with the digital marketing team to elevate social media presence and branding
* Organize site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase products and build relationships
* Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to establish thought leadership and generate leads
* Provide actionable insights through daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, maintaining accurate records of leads, clients, and sales pipeline
* Offer constructive feedback to management, driving continuous improvement of products and services to meet evolving customer needs

- Bachelor/Honors
