Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth through targeted customer follow-up, leveraging daily inbound and outbound phone calls to build strong relationships. * Spearhead lead generation efforts, scouring Google, social media, and other sources to identify new business opportunities. * Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer insights to inform sales strategies and optimize results. * Identify emerging customer needs and develop strategic relationships with prospective clients to expand the customer base. * Architect persuasive sales pitches to promote visa process services, addressing client concerns and driving conversions. * Foster business development through client visits, commercial zone outreach, and strategic networking. * Deliver against monthly and yearly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and performance. * Craft compelling quotations, proposals, and sales reports that meet client needs and exceed expectations. * Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, customer feedback, and embassy-related updates. * Provide exceptional after-sales support, nurturing long-term customer relationships and driving loyalty. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. * Keep the Sales Manager and management informed with timely updates, forecasts, and performance insights.

  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Email, etc.).
  • Proficiency in both Bangla and English.

  • Being well-mannered means behaving in a polite, respectful, and considerate way toward others, showing good upbringing and social awareness.
