* Spearhead IT operations, delivering seamless support to all hospital departments, including clinical and administrative functions, to ensure uninterrupted service. * Drive user support services, resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and maintenance of peripherals and devices. * Architect and maintain the Hospital Management System (HMS), ensuring optimal functionality of modules such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and diagnostic services. * Foster strategic partnerships with software vendors, coordinating troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure system stability and security. * Ensure the integrity and availability of clinical reporting and billing systems, maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. * Manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and firewall systems, to guarantee stable and secure connections. * Lead incident response efforts, promptly resolving network and connectivity issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. * Collaborate with internet service providers to ensure uninterrupted internet services, negotiating service level agreements and resolving connectivity issues. * Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security protocols, to safeguard sensitive data and prevent breaches. * Oversee server room and storage device maintenance, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and data protection. * Develop and maintain accurate IT asset inventory and service history records, informing procurement, maintenance, and replacement decisions. * Generate regular reports on maintenance, downtime, and incidents, providing insights to inform IT strategy and optimize hospital operations. * Drive the procurement, installation, and commissioning of new IT devices, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
