* Spearhead the operations of a high-volume production floor, comprising 8 lines with 336 machines, to drive efficiency and productivity. * Orchestrate seamless workflows across multiple stages, including sample development, pre-production, cutting, sewing, finishing, and industrial engineering. * Champion company-wide policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely updates and adherence to evolving terms and conditions. * Drive compliance excellence by leveraging in-depth knowledge of audit requirements and implementing robust standards. * Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve production targets, while upholding stringent quality standards and fostering a culture of excellence.
