Head of Accounts

• Spearhead financial operations, driving accuracy and efficiency in daily transactions and accounting processes • Architect comprehensive financial reports, delivering timely and precise monthly, quarterly, and annual statements • Champion data integrity, maintaining and updating accounting records and documentation to ensure seamless compliance • Drive budgetary control, developing, monitoring, and optimizing financial plans to achieve business objectives • Manage cash flow and treasury functions, including banking, letters of credit, payables, and receivables • Ensure regulatory adherence, navigating VAT, tax, and statutory requirements to mitigate risk • Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing transparent support and coordination • Inform strategic decision-making, offering actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior management • Lead and empower the accounts team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
