Key Responsibilities
• Foster strategic relationships between global leaders and team members, driving seamless communication and collaboration
• Architect and manage comprehensive People Operations frameworks, encompassing onboarding, compensation, payroll, attendance, and performance management
• Drive cultural transformation by designing and delivering engaging events and initiatives that promote inclusivity, high performance, and mission alignment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity, ultimately driving retention and business growth
• Oversee vendor management, budgeting, and office operations, ensuring efficient and streamlined facilities management
• Onboard new hires with comprehensive support, providing essential equipment, information, and guidance on company policies and procedures
• Champion change management initiatives, leveraging technology and tools to enhance the employee experience and promote a positive, adaptive culture
• Develop and implement key HR initiatives, including performance reviews, training programs, engagement surveys, and career development plans, to drive business outcomes
• Provide expert support and resolution for employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that supports business success
